Refund policy
(1) We offer exchange only, in the event of any quality control issues. We do not offer returns or refunds based on flavour or taste preferences (note: natural flavourings may vary slightly between batches).
If you experience a quality control issue with our product(s), email orders@justcleanprotein.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide the order #, product lot #, and a description of the issue. We also require photographs of the lot #, product, and issue. You may be required to return the product(s) and a return label will be provided. A replacement item will be sent to you.
(2) Cancelled orders will be refunded for store credit only.
(3) Items shipped but not picked up or undeliverable and returned to us, will be refunded with store credit, minus our shipping costs.
