Refund policy
We offer exchange only, to be issued only in the event of any quality control issues.
If you experience a quality control issue with our product(s), we will require an email sent to orders@justcleanprotein.com with lot #, description and expiration date as well as photograph(s) of the issue. You may be required to send back the product(s). A replacement item will be sent to you if there is a quality control issue.
We do not offer returns or refunds for flavour or taste preferences.
Cancelled orders will be refunded for store credit.
Items shipped, and not picked up or undeliverable and sent back to us, will be refunded with store credit, minus our shipping costs.
