If you experience a quality control issue with our product(s), we will require a lot # and expiration date as well as photographs of the issue. You may be required to send back the product(s). A replacement item will be sent to you.
We do not offer returns for flavour preference.
Items shipped, and not picked up or undeliverable and sent back to us, will be refunded with store credit, minus our shipping costs.
